Pull In & Choose Your Bay
Drive in off Richmond Road and pick the service you need. The Auto Wash tunnel is on the right, self-serve bays are on the left, and the dog wash is at the rear of the site. Vacuum bays are conveniently located out front of the self-serve bays and Auto Wash tunnel — just roll forward and park up to vacuum your vehicle straight after your wash. No booking required — just roll up.

Pay at the Machine
Each bay has its own coin-operated or card payment terminal. Self-serve bays — select your service and insert payment. Auto Wash tunnel — select your wash package and payment starts the system. Your service begins immediately. No apps, no accounts, no waiting.

Wash at Your Own Pace
For the Auto Wash, stay in your car and let the tunnel do the work. For self-serve bays, grab the wand and go — high-pressure rinse, foam brush, spot-free rinse, all at your fingertips. Dog wash bays have warm water, shampoo, conditioner, a leave-in flea & tick control rinse, and a blow-dry station. Follow the step-by-step instructions on the bay: shampoo and work through the coat, rinse, apply conditioner & moisturiser, apply the flea & tick rinse (leave it in), blow-dry, then give the tub a quick disinfect clean when you're done.
